Have you been looking to live in a place where the sounds of the beach lull you to sleep? Or place where nature is surrounding you? Perhaps you’ve been looking to live in a quiet location deep in the Evergreen State?

 

   As of October 2018, the Beachwood Condos and Resort is working to create a beautiful community and will be opening its doors to long term tenants! The contract’s lengths can vary from three to six months, all the way to one to three years! We have availability open from September 2019 forward.

 

   On our property we have a hot tub, two dry saunas, a seasonal pool (open in the summer), and a direct path to the ocean.

 

   The rooms we will have open are our regular condos- which have one bedroom, a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Some of these condos have a single king in the bedroom, or two queens. We also have one two bedroom apartment available for rent.

 

   Each room is fully furnished, however you are able to bring your own furniture, at which time we will remove the Beachwood Resort furniture to make room for your own. All Beachwood Resort furniture will remain on the resort property, even after the contract ends.

 

   We have a limit of four total tenants per room, and dogs are only allowed in certain rooms, so availability is limited- and only two dogs are allowed.

 

   Along with our usual policy, there is a different policy that applies to long term Tenants, and will be provided upon inquiry.
